Closing Coordination:
Closing Coordinator: We create lines of communication between many parties for the real estate closing. We not only talk to Buyers and Sellers but coordinate with Real Estate Brokers, Surveyors, Banks, Notaries, City Hall, Recorder's office, Homeowner Associatiation, Escrow officers, etc.
The closing attorney has to remain mindful of all the issues that must be addressed for the closing transaction to correctly reach its finality, but must also often times communicate with multiple parties to coordinate the timely close of the transaction.
Our Services include:

Bank Trust: We prepare and advise foreign clients on the process of the creation of a Bank Trust ("Fideicomiso") as it is the only legal way to acquire property in México.

Residential purchase and sale agreements: We work with buyers and sellers to draft and negotiate buy and sell agreements that will establish the terms and conditions of the final Deed.

Closing documents: We represent buyers and sellers to ensure all closing documents protect their best interests. On the day of closing we are present to review the various documents associated with the real estate and we are able to explain them such as the deed, a note, a deed of trust.

Residential leases: We draft residential leases for short and long term as well as lease to own.
